If your country is not listed above, we cannot accept or ship your order..

2. Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

-  USA: 7–15 business days

-  Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand , United Arab Emirate  : 8–16 business days

4. Shipping Methods & Cost :

  •  Standard Mail For All Orders As The Follows :
  • Flat Rate of 5.99$ for Orders Total Below 50$ Shipping To The USA.
  • Flat Rate of 6.99$ for Orders Total Below 50$ Shipping Too All Other Countries.
  • Free Shipping for All Orders Total 50$ And Above For All Applicable Countries.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

-  We do not ship to countries under international sanctions, active war zones, or areas experiencing severe crises. 

-  Orders placed to prohibited or unsupported countries will be automatically canceled and refunded.

7. Lost Shipments

In the rare case of a lost shipment:

-  We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. 

-  If the item is confirmed lost, you may choose between:

-  A full refund, or

-  A free replacement of the same item. 

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied upon entry to your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. CozyTech Living is not liable for any such charges.
